Little Moons is a family-run ice cream company, set up by Howard Wong and Vivien Wong in 2010. It was inspired by a love of his parent’s traditional mochi. Their mission is for everyone to discover a whole new world of ice cream. The unique ice cream balls are created by wrapping gelato ice cream in a sweet soft layer of dough. Initially, Little Moons found success supplying restaurants including Yo! Sushi, Wasabi, Bone Daddies, Tonkotsu and Sushi Samba. Now the TikTok sensation brand is found in stores all over Europe, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Edeka, Carrefour, Waitrose, Ocado, Whole Foods Market & Selfridges Food Hall. Howard grew up in North West London and went on to study Economics at Cambridge. After a stint working in Finance & Banking he joined his family business and is now one of London’s hottest food entrepreneurs. Howard will share his tips on starting a business and building a brand and share stories on the ups and downs of running your own company.
