Kicking Off the Journey: WOHAA Accelerator Day 2025/26
The WOHAA Accelerator Day marked an inspiring start to the 2025/26 programme! A day dedicated to creativity and collaboration. The event brought together around 90 students from schools across the country, each eager to kickstart their WOHAA journey and turn their fundraising ideas into reality.
The day began with an energetic welcome and icebreakers that quickly filled the room with laughter and excitement. From the outset, students demonstrated incredible enthusiasm, showing just how much passion and innovation this year’s cohort has to offer.
Throughout the day, teams took part in a series of interactive workshops designed to strengthen their skills in project management, communication, and teamwork. These sessions helped students think practically about how to structure their projects, divide responsibilities, and manage time effectively; essential skills that will serve them well both in WOHAA and beyond.
By the end of the Accelerator Day, students left feeling empowered and inspired, equipped with new skills, a stronger sense of teamwork, and a clear vision for the months ahead.
The success of the Accelerator Day has set the perfect tone for the year ahead. With so many creative minds and dedicated teams onboard, the 2025/26 WOHAA journey is already shaping up to be one filled with innovation, teamwork and impact.
