We at the Wings of Hope were thrilled to get the opportunity to participate in the prestigious event of Planting a Tree as part of the Queen’s Green Canopy – Platinum Jubilee celebrations, on Monday 21st March 2022.
This event was hosted by our supporter – Bags of Ethics at The Physic Garden in Chelsea, London. Attended by celebrities, fashion designers, and The Rt. Hon. Mr. Alok Sharma – Government Minister as well as Mr. Edward Enninful, Editor-in-chief of British Vogue magazine.
Our WOHAA student -Lara Findik from year 12 at Oasis Academy Hadley, London, recited a Poem Go Plant A Tree – by Ella Wheeler Wilcox.
