Fundraisers

We are a passionate team dedicated to fundraising for Wings of Hope and we have striving to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need. With creativity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to our cause, we work sincerely to support life-changing initiatives. Through innovative campaigns we aim to inspire generosity, engage communities, and maximize the reach of Wings of Hope, ensuring that help and support reach those who need it most.

We are a team of 4 girls from Sheffield High School competing in WOHAA in hope to bring our unique little bits of happiness and hope to the world. Even in tough times with wars and other less than fortunate events around, we wish to do what we can, through our passion and skill, to make the world a better place. Ever since a young age, we adored the art of literature, visual art, music, and fairy tales, and it is through them that we will repay the world. This is why we are “Once upon a wish”. “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light”- J. K. Rowling Over the coming months, we want to do charity events aimed at children and adults who enjoy reading and crafting. Our possible future events include selling handmade goods at local craft fairs, conducting book fairs/bake sales at primary schools, children’s hospital story reading / volunteering and trying to bring back world book day for our school.

As a team of dedicated volunteers, we-Johan, Yaqub, Kapishan, Maverick, Hatim, and Amayl-unite our efforts to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children in India and Malawi. With the ambitious goal of raising £3000, our collective passion fuels our mission to provide these children with vital resources, education, and support for a brighter tomorrow. Together, we strive to Bring Our Future Alive.

One Heart - Our aim is to make sure children have the same resources and quality of education as us. We want to make sure that all children are able to access a safe education and are given the extra help that they need.

We are a youth-focused charity dedicated to breaking down barriers to early childhood education. Through our WOHAA journey we want to provide, essential resources for other charities that share our values and support to young learners from underserved backgrounds. Our mission is to empower the next generation with the tools they need to dream big, learn freely, and lead confidently.

We are Team Sapphire, four girls united by a shared belief that every child deserves the chance to learn, dream, and thrive.

We are a trio who want to make a change; no matter how small, it is still significant. We are trying to extend the privilege of the school system to those who are not able to access it by utilising our differing skills to raise money through unique fundraising ideas.
